Xavier Le Clef is CEO of CNP.

He started his career with Arthur D. Little, a management consulting company, advising international groups on due diligence, performance improvement, and post-merger integration assignments. In 2006, he joined CNP as Investment Manager and was appointed CEO in 2015. He holds responsibilities as Chairman or Director of various companies of which the group is a shareholder, among APG, Caffitaly, CLS.

Xavier Le Clef holds a degree in Business Economics from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School.
