In 2016, CNP supported a management initiative for a Management Buyout so that management and key employees agreed to acquire 49% of AOT Holding (AOTH), the new Group parent company. From then on, AOTH and its trading subsidiaries have been conducting business under the brand name of AOT ENERGY.
CNP exited fully from AOTH upon the acquisition of 100% of the shares of AOTH by ArrowMetals AG in 2019.
