Cedric Frère is CEO of Frère-Bourgeois Holding SA and Executive Director of CNP SA.

Cedric Frère joined in 2010 Compagnie Nationale à Portefeuille SA in Belgium (Frère-Bourgeois Holding SA group), of which he is a Director.

He began his career in 2007 in the banking sector, where he held several positions, notably in Paris, London and Brussels.

He is also CEO of Frère-Bourgeois Holding SA, Executive President of Carpar SA, as well as Director of various companies including Financière de la Sambre SA, Parjointco SA, Eagle Capital SA and Caffitaly System SpA. He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Société Civile du Château Cheval Blanc and Cheval Blanc Finance SAS. He has been a Director of Groupe Bruxelles Lambert since 2015.

Cedric Frère holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from Vesalius College in Brussels, Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB).
